Conner is about to graduate...

my baby plan that is. I'm always sad to see my baby planners grow and go, but I'm thrilled that I was a part of that first year of their life (and with a little luck, will continue to be a part of their life, year to year). So happy early first birthday Conner and I'll see you in a bit.

And in case you couldn't tell... he absolute LOVED his cake! He was bit unhappy when we finally decided he'd had enough sugar for the day.
